咪达唑仑在全麻诱导中的应用

目的　观察咪达唑仑用于全麻诱导的效果。方法　 6 0例全麻患者随机分为 2组。Ⅰ组采用咪达唑仑 0 3mg/kg静脉诱导 ;Ⅱ组采用硫喷妥钠 5mg/kg静脉诱导。分别记录患者眼睑反射消失时间及诱导前后MAP和HR。结果　眼睑反射消失Ⅱ组快于Ⅰ组 ,但无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,诱导后MAP明显降低 (Ⅰ组P >0 0 5 ,Ⅱ组P <0 0 1 ) ,HR增快 (P <0 0 1 ) ;插管过程中 2组血压均明显升高 (P <0 0 1 ) ,HR也明显增快 (P <0 0 1 ) ;插管后 5min 2组MAP、HR均基本恢复至诱导前水平。结论　咪达唑仑用于全麻诱导效果满意 ,对循环抑制轻于硫喷妥钠 ,尤其适用于合并心血管疾病、年老体弱或其它重危患者

Application of Midazolam During Induced Anesthesia

Objective To observe the effect of midazolam during induced anesthesia. Methods 60 cases of general anesthesia were divided into two groups. A group was induced with 0.3 mg/kg intravenously. B group was induced with thiopental. The eyelid reflection, MAP and HR were recoded separately. Results The eyelid reflection in group B disappeared faster than that in group A without significance. After induced, MAP decreased obviously (P>0.05 in group A, P<0.01 in group B) and HR increased (P<0.01). During intubation the MAP and HR increased obviously and decreased and came back as before after 5 min of intubation. Conclusion The inducing with midazolam could reach satisfied effect during general anesthesia and better than thiopental for the patient combined with cardiovascular, senile and fragile patient.
