| 摘 要： | 笔者报道57例经病理组织学证实,并作手术探查有上腹部转移的原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)CT表现,着重分析上腹部淋巴结转移,肝胃、肝十二指肠和镰状韧带转移的CT 改变。同时对门静脉、下腔静脉以及肝内转移作了描述。本文认为,CT 对HCC 上腹部转移的诊断和鉴别诊断有特殊意义。

| Abstract: | The CT films of 57 surgically and pathologically proved cases of primary hepatocellularcarcinoma(HCC)with metastatic lesions in the upper abdominal region were retrospectively studied.TheCT features of various upper intraabdominal metastatic lesions of HCC,such as metastaticlymphadenopathy.carcinous infiltration of the hepatogastric,hepatoduodenal and the falciform ligaments,were analyzed.The malignant involvement of the portal vein,the inferior vena cava,and intrahepaticspreading of HCC were also discussed.CT has demonstrated its special role in establishing the diagnosis anddifferential diagnosis of the intraabdominal metastasis of HCC. |
