| 摘 要： | 报告对31例盆瘀症患者手术前盆腔阻抗微分图的对比观察。手术前,31例盆腔阻抗微分图均异常,提示盆腔血流阻滞;手术证实为盆瘀症;术后复查,图型及图中指标均恢复正常。手术前后阻抗微分图各指标有显著性差异(P<0.001)。提示本方法对盆瘀症有一定辅助诊断价值。

| Abstract: | A comparative survey on pelvic impedance differential graphy (PIDG) of thirty one cases of pelvic ecchymosis syndrome was made before and after operation.The PIDG of all patients before op- eration appeared abnormal,suggesting pelvic ecchymosis.The diagnosis of all the patients was con- firmed by surgical exploration.After operation,the indices of the patients' PIDG recovered.The dif- ference between the indices of the PIDG before and after operation was highly significant (p< 0.001).It is suggested that this method is helpful in diagnosing pelvic ecchymosis syndrome. |
