两种补片在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的研究

目的:应用平面补片与网塞补片,进行腹股沟疝无张力修补术的应用与对比研究。方法:使用平面型聚丙烯补片行腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术304例,使用网塞型补片行腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术315例。比较两组手术时间、手术并发症。结果:两组手术时间、平均住院日、切口脂肪液化、阴囊水肿均无统计学意义。随访期间局部疼痛感无统计学意义,局部异物感两组比较有显著性差异。结论:两种补片用于腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术均具有创伤小、恢复快的特点。平面补片在疝修补术后异物感少,价格低的优点,可优先选用。

Two patch study in the tension-free repair of inguinal hernia

Objective：comparative study of application of planar patch with mesh plug patch, and the application of inguinal hernia tension-free repair.Method：Use a flat-type polypropylene mesh for inguinal hernia tension-free hernioplasty 304 eases, the use of mesh plug patch for inguinal hernia tension-free hernia repair 315 eases.Compar- isons were made in operative time, complications, and recurrence rate.Results：there was no statistical significance in operation time, average length of stay, the incision fat liquefaction, scrotal edema of the two groups. During follow-up, local pain, no statistically significant differences in relapse rate. Local foreign body sensation, the two groups were sig- nificantly different.Conclusion：The two patches for inguinal hernia tension-free hernia repair has a low recurrence rate, less trauma and faster recovery characteristics. Plane patch in hernia repair with less foreign body sensation and low price, can be preferred.
