| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the requirements of patients identification system, the author put for- ward an agile reliable, easy - to - use system design scheme, in order to meet the needs of fast acquisition of the sick and wounded information in an emergency or non - emergency conditions. It is very important to promote the development of military operations other than war （MOOTW）. |
