小儿下呼吸道感染的肺炎链球菌耐药性研究

摘    要:目的研究小儿下呼吸道感染肺炎链球菌(SP)的耐药性,以指导临床合理用药。方法收集2012年1~4月我院下呼吸道感染小儿送检的标本中分离的肺炎链球菌共96株,用纸片扩散法测定其对10种抗菌药的耐药性,E-test法测定其对10种抗菌药的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 96株肺炎链球菌对红霉素、阿奇霉素、克林霉素、青霉素的耐药率比较高,分别为96.9%、95.8%及94.8%、82.3%;对万古霉素、左氧氟沙星、利奈唑胺、莫西沙星、阿莫西林、头孢噻肟的敏感率较高,分别为100.0%、100.0%、97.9%、96.9%、68.8%、50.0%。结论肺炎链球菌对红霉素、阿奇霉素、克林霉素有较高的耐药性,临床应根据药敏试验结果合理应用抗菌药物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the antimicrobial resistance of Streptococcus pneumoninae, and to provide guidance for medication. Methods A total of 96 Streptococcus pneumoninae strains were collected from different kinds of patients in our hospital during January 2012 to April 2012. The K-B was used to determine the resistance to 10 antibiotics, MIC was determined by E-test. Results The resistance rate of the 96 strains to erythrocin, azithromy-cin, clindamycin, penicillin was 96.9% , 95.8% , 94.8% , 82.3% , respectively. The susceptibility rate to vamowycin, ofloxacin, linezolid, moxishastar, amoxicillin, cefotaxime was 100.0%, 100.0%, 97.9%, 96.8%, 68.8%, 50.0%, respec-tively. Conclusion The resistant of Streptococcus pneumoninae to erythrocin, azithromycin, clindamycin are very high. Rational use of drug in clinic should based on the drug sensitive test.
