多次机采血小板男性献血者铁储备状况的研究

目的分析多次机采献血对男性献血者血清铁（SF）和血红蛋白（Hb）的影响。方法随机抽取本站初次男性献血者26例和多次男性机采献血者141例,检测其SF和Hb含量。结果首次献血者与多次机采献血者的SF分别为（41.56±16.31）μg/L和（29.32±16.72）μg/L,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。多次机采献血者铁缺乏的比率随献机采次数的增加而增加。2012年献机采次数为20～24次的献血者铁缺乏比率为44.4%（8/18）。然而Hb含量在各组间差异无统计学意义。结论 SF水平会随着献血次数的增加而逐渐减少,采血机构应该更加重视SF的检测和多次机采献血者的铁储备状况。

Study of iron stores in male regular plateletpheresis donors

Objective To evaluate the iron stores of male regular plateletpheresis donors through testing serum ferritin （SF） and hemoglobin （Hb）. Methods A total of 167 male blood donors, including 26 initial blood donors and 141 regular plateletpheresis donors, were selected randomly. Results The SF level of initial blood donors and regular plateletpheresis donors were （41.56±16.31） μg/L and （29.32±16.72） μg/L, respectively, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）. The percentage of iron depleted male subjects increased as number of platelet donations increased. There was clear correlation with donation frequency in males with 44.4% （8/18） of males donating 20～24 times in 2012 found to be iron depleted. There were no significant differences between the two groups in the level of hemoglobin （Hb）.Conclusion The blood center should pay more attention to the testing of SF and the iron stores of regular plateletpheresis donors, because the level of SF decreased as number of platelet donations increased.
