本科学历护士心理契约与胜任力现况分析

目的探讨本科护士心理契约、胜任力现状和影响因素。方法运用访谈法、问卷调查法分析建立本科护士心理契约适宜氛围和胜任力指标。结果运用统计学分析数据,本科护士在工资福利,工作环境和工作关系、工作负荷等方面选择率最高,护士在物质奖励和环境支持方面希望得到更多支持,是影响护士心理契约重要因素;本科护士胜任力主要是操作能力、专业能力、信息获取能力、沟通能力较高,教学能力、英语交流能力、创新能力和科研能力方面较差。结论建立本科护士适宜心理契约氛围和胜任力指标体系,以期促进护士自我发展。

Status Analysis on Competence and Psychological Contract of Undergraduate Nurses

Objective To explore the correlated factors of the psychological contract, competency model of the undergraduate nurses. Methods The methods were applied as literature review method, questionnaire and be- havioral event interview, to establish the psychological contract and competency model of undergraduate nurses. Results The results showed that the salary and welfare, the work environment, the membership, the burden were the main influence factors of competence, and the ability of operation, specialty, information acquirement, commu- nication, teac clusion The hing and English communication, innovation and study, establishment of indexes system will be helpful to help were the main influence of competence.
