| 摘 要： | 目的：制定一套适合我国南海岛屿与部队应用的恙虫综合预防措施，降低南海驻岛部队恙虫病发病率。方法：将已制定的“以健康教育入手、结合灭鼠、灭螨，同时作好个体防护”综合预防措施，在南澎列岛全面应用并观察应用前后的发病率。结果：实施该综合预防措施后，该岛连续两年无病例出现。结论：该海岛部队人群恙虫病的综合预防措施有效并且也适用于南海诸岛。

| Abstract: | Objective:A study was carried out to work out a series of synthetical preventive measures to prevent tsutsugamushi disease in army crowds of south sea islands and to decrease the incidence of such disease.Methods:The synthetical preventive measures include healthy education,destroy of rats and mites,individual prevention.The incidence rate was compared after such measures were used in Nanpenglie island.Results:The results showed that the incidence rate of tsutsugaimushi disease has decreased successfully.Conclusion:Our conclusion was that the synthetical preventive measures was effective,thus suitable to other south sea islands. |
