Abstract: | A 22-year-old Chinese man sustained a gunshot wound through his right eye followed by three episodes of massive epistaxis. Angiography showed a large aneurysm in the intracavernous segment of the left internal carotid artery which was successfully treated by thrombosis with copper wire. |
