| Abstract: | The paper, from the characteristics and nature of the public health products, pointed out the major problems in the field of medical and health services under the circumstances of the market economy, analyzed the necessities of intervention by administrators in the fields of public health and basic medical services. It further put forward the primary ways to improve government＇s input and reimbursement mechanism to health services. The author furthermore explains the government responsibilities and the role it plays in the field of public health and basic medical services from the angle of public health products. |
