| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝细胞肝癌（HCC）患者血清中自细胞介素8（IL-8）的表达水平与临床病理参数的关系。方法应用酶联免疫分析方法检测60例HCC患者（HCC组）、50例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎（简称“乙肝”）患者（乙肝组）和50例健康者（对照组）血清中IL-8水平，并对3组结果进行对比分析。结果HCC组、乙肝组和健康对照组血清中IL-8水平分别是1．066μg／L，0．736μg／L，0．356μg／L。HCC组血清中IL-8表达水平显著高于乙肝组和健康对照组。结论HCC患者血清IL-8水平与肿瘤分期、大小、是否转移和组织分化程度有关。IL-8可能促进肿瘤的生长和转移。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation among serum levels of interleukin-8(IL-8) and clini-copathological features in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods The serum IL-8 concentrations were detected by ELISA in 60 HCC patients,50 chronic hepatitis with HBsAg positive and 50 healthy controls. Results The ser-um concentrations of IL-8 were 0. 1066 μg/L,0.736 μg/L and 0.356 μg/L in the HCC, hepatitis patients and nor-mal controls. The serum levels of IL-8 were significantly higher in HCC than in those chronic hepatitis with HBsAg positive and healthy controls. Conclusion The serum level of IL-8 is related to stages, tumor sizes, metastasis sta-tus and degree of tissue differentiation in patients with HCC. The results indicate that IL-8 may be related to the growth and metastasis of HCC. |
