摘    要:目的:探讨PCR检测ALL-MRD的重要性及临床意义。方法:运用PCR技术,以IgH和TeRγ基因重排作为标志,检测了40例急性淋巴细胞白血病(AAL)微小残留病(MRD)。结果:7例初治未缓,12例部分缓解(PR),13例完全缓解(CR)的ALL患儿MRD检测阳性为另8例(1例PR、7例CR)MRD阴性。发现CR时间赵长,MRD阳性率越低,反之,CR时间越短,MRD阳性率越高,结论:MRD何作为

Abstract:To detect minimal residual disease(MRD) of 40 cases of childhood acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL) by polymerase chain reaction,the IgH and TCRY generearrangements were regardes as marker. Results in 7 cases unremission (NR ), 12 cases partrial remission (PR) and 13 cases complete remission (CR) ALL patients,their MRD was positive, another 8 cases (1 case PR. 7 cases CR) MRD was negative,which showed that the complete remission time was more long,the MRD positive rate was more lower,the time was more short,the positive rate was more higher. The study suggested that MRD was closely associated with leukemia relapse,the detection of MRD could guide effectively clinical continuative treatment.
