学龄前儿童先天性髋关节脱位最佳术式的选择

目的通过分析两种常用术式治疗学龄前儿童先天性髋关节脱位的疗效,为临床提供最佳选择。方法随访采用手术治疗62例学龄前儿童先天性髋关节脱位,按照术式分为Salter手术32例41髋与Pember-ton30例40髋。结果平均随访时间3年,从手术情况,临床疗效和X线形态3方面进行评价,两种术式均获得良好的效果,但Salter手术纠正髋臼指数在15°以内并且需要手术再次取内固定,而Pemberton手术可纠正髋臼指数在15°以上。结论Pemberton手术应作为学龄前儿童先天性髋关节脱位的首选术式。

Best alternation for congenital dislocation of hip in preschool children

Objective] To compare the results of two operation treatment results in CDH in preschool children to provide the best alternation for cilinic.Method] 62 cases were followed up,cases were divided in two parts:32 cases(41 hips)were treated with Salter operation style.30 cases(40hips)were treated with Pemberton operation style.Result] The average follow-up time was 3 years.The clinical result were evaluated in three aspects:operation condition and clinical outcomings and X-ray appearance.Good results were achieved in two operation methods,but the acetabular index was corrected within 15 degrees in Salter style.and the internal fixation must be removed in the next operation.compared with Salter,the acetabular index was corrected more than 15 degrees.Conclusion] the Pemberton operation method can be the best alteration for CDH in preschool children.
