| 摘 要： | 梳理"血虚发热"这一传统命题的发生机制,阐发了对阴阳失调及相关概念、证候研究、内伤发热等问题的思考。认为阴阳失调有广义与狭义之分,教材概念应当明晰,证候研究应该结合体质学说,内伤发热重在调理气机。

| Abstract: | Through conferring the mechanism of fever due to deficiency of blood,some thoughts were be elucidated, such as disorders of Yinyang, related concept, syndrome research, fever due to internal injury. We think disorder of Yinyang including broad sense and narrow sense. Teaching material should be clear about the concept. Syndrome research should be combined with constitution theory. Fever due to internal injury must emphasis on regulating the movement of Qi. |
