宫颈炎患者进行线索细胞检查的临床价值

目的探讨线索细胞检查对宫颈炎患者的临床价值。方法湿片检查法和免疫荧光检测法对753例宫颈炎患者和503例健康妇女的白带分别进行常规检查和线索细胞检查。结果健康对照组清洁度Ⅲ度以上为9．54％，慢性宫颈炎组100．00％，急性宫颈炎组99．32％；健康对照组线索细胞阳性率0．40％，急性宫颈炎组4．76％，慢性宫颈炎组12．56％。结论慢性宫颈炎中线索细胞阳性率与清洁度呈正相关；慢性宫颈炎组与其他组比较，线索细胞阳性率差异有显著性；31～40岁年龄段的线索细胞检出率与其他年龄段差异存在显著性。

The Clinical Value to Cervicitis Patients about the Detectation of Clue Cell

Objiect To clinical value to cervicitis patients about the detectation of clue cell. Method The Leukorrhea of 753 cases of cervicitis and 503 cases healthy women was detected by Wet-mount screening examination and immu- nofluorescence for clue cell and cleaness. Result The abnormal cleaness of control group, chronic cervicitis and acute cervicitis was 9.54% ,100.00% and 99.32%, positive of clue cell was 0. 40%, 4.76% and 12.56% in order. Conclusion The positive of clue ceil was positive correllation with cleaness of leukorrhea. Compared with other groups, clue cell of choronic group and the age group of patients between 31 and 40 increased significantly.
