托吡酯与卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的随机对照试验

目的：探讨托吡酯与卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法：选择本科2007年4月～2009年6月接诊的三叉神经痛患者66例，随机平分为两组，治疗组和对照组。其中对照组用卡马西平治疗，治疗组应用托吡酯治疗。结果：两组患者经治疗后，对照组有效率为75．8％，治疗组有效率为93．9％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；且治疗组不良反应发生率较对照组低（P〈0．05）。结论：托吡酯治疗原发性三叉神经痛安全有效，值得临床应用。

Topiramate and carbamazepine in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia a randomized controlled trial

Objective： To investigate the topiramate and carbamazepine in the treatment of the clinical effect of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： The division from April 2007 to June 2009 reception of the 66 cases of patients with trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. Control group was treated with carbamazepine and treatment group used topiramate. Results： After treatment, the control group response rate was 75.8%, treatment group was 93.9%, it was significantly different （P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Topiramate in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia is safe and effective, it is worthy of clinical application.
