| 摘 要： | 目的:观察藻酸双酯钠(PSS)治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床效果。方法:采用随机单盲法对60例DN患者静脉滴注PSS 3周,观察PSS对患者肝功、肾功、血脂、血液流变及凝血指标的影响。结果:与对照组比较,PSS可以明显降低血脂、抗凝、扩张血管、改善肾功能,对肝功无明显损伤,副作用小。结论:PSS有助于延缓DN的进展。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)treated by polysaccharide sodium(PSS).Methods The 60 DN patients were treated with PSS for 3 weeks randomly and single blind.Their blood sample were checked before and after treated to valued the liver function,kidney funetion、lipid、hemodynamics and coagulant index. Results Comparatively,the patients of eontrelled treated with PSS,whose blood sample have obviously changed.The PSS would be reduce blood lipid、anti-coagulant、expend the blood vossl、improve the kidney function,and while it affected the liver lightly.And the side effect of PSS was few.Conclusion The therapy with laSS could improve the clinical effect of DN. |
