超声乳化手术中回族白内障患者的相关问题分析探讨

目的　分析探讨回族白内障患者在超声乳化手术中的相关问题。方法　以汉族为对照组 ,对本地区回汉不同民族老年性白内障患者各 75例、75眼 ,在超声乳化手术前进行眶上缘眉弓部前突于上睑前突隆皮肤面的高度数据测量和晶状体核硬度裂隙灯检查分级 ,对回汉民族进行对比 ,分析与超声乳化手术的相关问题。结果　回族 75眼眶上缘眉弓部前突于上睑前突隆皮肤面有 32眼 ,汉族 75眼有 2 2眼 ,回族平均突出度 4 .30mm ,汉族平均突出度 2 .82mm ,两样平均数、t检验具显著意义。晶状体核硬度分级 :回族 75眼中 ,Ⅳ -Ⅴ级核 5 7眼 ,占 76 % ;汉族 75眼中 ,Ⅳ -Ⅴ级核 2 9眼 ,占 38.7%。经 χ2 检验P <0 .0 1,差别极显著。由于眶上缘突出和晶状体核硬 ,术中出现各类并发症共 2 6眼。结论　经研究 ,眶上缘明显突出和硬核患者 ,若在超声乳化手术中术式方法选择不当 ,易出现并发症 ,尤其对初学和操作不熟练者不宜选择此类患者。此类患者应选透明角膜切口较适宜

Analysis and research on questions related to Hui nationality cataract patients in the ultrasonic emulsification operation

Objectives Analysis and research on questions related of Hui nationality cataract patients in the ultrasonic emulsification operation.Methods Useing Han nationality as the contrast group,to examine the 75 eyes in the 75 cataract cases in local elderly Hui nationality patients and Han nationality respectively.to measure the protruding degree of the supraorbital margin and superciliary arch against the surface skin of the upper eyelid,and to grade the lens core hardness by the slit-lamp.to compare and analyze the related questions in the ultrasonic emulsification operation.Results Among the 72 eyes in the Hui group,32 eyes had supraorbital margin and superciliary arch protruding against the surface skin of the upper eyelid, while 22 eyes out of the 75 eyes in the Han group were such the case.The average protruding degree of the Hui group was 4.30mm while that of the Han group was 2.82mm.The average t-tests of the two samples were significant.The lens core hardness graded. Among the 75 eyes in the Hui group ,57 eyes have IV-V core,accounting for 76% of the total number.Among the 75 eyes in the Han group,29 eyes has IV-V core ,accounting for 38.7% of the total number.The differences was significant(P<0.01).Due to the protruding of the supraorbital margin and the hardness of the lens core,26 eyes suffered from complications of various kinds during the operation.Conclusions The study showed that patients with obvious protruding of the supraorbital margin and hard core are susceptible to complications if operation methods are not chosen properly during the ultrasonic emulsification operation.Inexperienced doctors will especially avoid operating on such patients,which choose crystal cornea cutting.
