| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2011至2012年医院抗高血压药物的应用情况。方法收集2011至2012年医院抗高血压药物应用资料，对抗高血压药物的销售金额、用药频度进行统计分析。结果2011至2012年医院各类抗高血压药物销售金额逐年增加，占前2位的抗高血压药物种类分别为钙离子拮抗剂（CCB）和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）。DDDs排序在前列的始终是卡托普利和尼群地平片，两者分属ACEI和CCB类，DDDs居前15位的主要是降压效果肯定且价格相对低廉的品种。结论本院抗高血压药物的应用结构基本合理。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical application of antihypertensive drugs at our hospital during 2011-2012 and give some references for the clinical medication of antihypertensive. Methods The varieties of antihypertensive.DDDs and sales amount during 2011-2012 were analyzed statistically. Results The sum of consumption and DDDs of drugs was increased during the two years,and the top 2 were captopril and nitrendipine which belong to angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor（ACEI）and calcium channel blocker（CCB） respectively. The top 15 DDDs of antihypertensive drugs were mainly effective and cheaper. Conclusion The application of antihypertensive at our hospital were reasonable and mainly CCB and ACEI. |
