摘    要:目的通过回顾性分析,了解小儿肺炎支原体(mycoplasmaoneumonia,MP)的检测对儿童MP感染提供依据并分析MP感染的相关因素。方法采用日本富士瑞必欧株式会社MP抗体检测试剂盒(SERODIA—MYCOII),对2011年7月至2011年12月就诊的1824例患儿进行检测。结果在1824例患儿中,MP抗体检测阳性者850例,阳性率为46.60%。性别比较,女性MP抗体阳性率(70.64%)高于男性(49.25%)性别间阳性率差异有显著性意义(x^2=10.13,P〈0.05)。各年龄组阳性率为:〈1岁组59.84%,1~3岁组47.03%,4~6岁组40.68%,7~13岁组30-27%,年龄组闻阳性率有显著性差异(x^2=24.88,P〈0.05)。结论小儿呼吸道感染患者中MP感染率很高,女性儿童MP感染率明显高于男性。对有呼吸道感染的患儿应尽早进行MP抗体检测,为临床诊疗提供可靠的实验室依据。

Abstract:Objective Through the retrospective analysis, understanding of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae (mycoplasma oneumonia, MP) detection of MP infection so as to provide basis for children and analysis of the related factors of MP infection. Methods Made in Japan Fuji rui will co MP antibody detection kit (SERODIA-MYCO II), on July to December 2011, 1824 cases were detected. Results In 1824 cases of children with MP antibody testing positive for 850 cases, the positive rate is 46.60%. Gender comparison, the female MP antibody positive rate (70.64%) than men (49.25%) positive rate differences between the sexes has a significant meaning (x^2=10.13, P 〈0.05). Positive rate among all age groups as follows: 〈1 year old group 59.84%, 1-3 years old group 47.03%, 4 to 6 years old group was 40.68%, 7 to 13 years old group was 30.27%, positive rate has a significant difference between age groups (x^2=24.88,P〈0.05). Conclusion Pediatric respiratory tract infection in patients with MP infection rate is very high, the female children MP infection rate is significantly higher than male. For children with respiratory tract infection should be performed as early as possible MP antibody detection, provides the reliable laboratory basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
