欣普贝生与催产素用手足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果比较

摘    要:目的比较欣普贝生与催产素在足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产中的应用效果。方法将90例足月妊娠孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组孕妇给予静脉泵入小剂量催产素,观察组患者给予阴道后穹隆放置欣普贝生,比较两组孕妇用药后的Bishop评分及引产成功率。结果观察组产妇用药后的宫颈Bishop评分为(6.9±1.3)分,显著高与对照组产妇的(4.8±1.2)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组产妇引产总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组产妇的75.6%,组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论欣普贝生用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产安全有效,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To compare clinical effects of dinoprostone and oxytocin in the cervical ripening and induced abortion of full term pregnancy. Methods 90 cases of full-term pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group, small dose oxytocin was pumped into vein in control group, dinoprostone was put into the posterior fornix in observation group, compared t Bishop score and the success rate of case in two groups. Results The Bishop score of cases in observation group was(6.9~l.3), higher than that in control group(4.8~1.2), there was significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05). The success rates of induced abortion in observation group was 93.3%, significantly higher than that in control group(75.6%), there was significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Dinoprostone is a safe and effective drug for cervical ripening and induced abortion, worthy of further clinical application.
