康妇炎胶囊、血府逐瘀胶囊联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效观察

目的探讨康妇炎胶囊、血府逐瘀胶囊联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的，瞄床疗效。方法178例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组（89例）口服康妇炎胶囊、血府逐瘀胶囊联合抗生素；对照组（89例）使用基础抗生素治疗，比较二者痊愈率及复发率。结果康妇炎胶囊、血府逐瘀胶囊联合治疗组痊愈率为（80．9％）明显优于对照组痊愈率（38.2％）（P〈0．05），治疗组复发率（4．4％）明显低于对照组（12．3％）（P〈0．05）。结论康妇炎胶囊、血府逐瘀胶囊联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎疗效显著，复发率低，有，瞄床推广价值。

Clinical Observation of Kangfuyan and Xuefuzhuyu Combined with Antibiotic in Treatment of Sequelae of PID

Objective To Investigate the clinical efficacy of kangfuyan and xuefuzhuyu combined with antibiotic in the treatment of sequelae of PID. Methods 178 patients with sequelae of PID were randomly divided into 2 groups.The patients of treatment group were treated by kangfuyan and xuefuzhuyu combined,the control group patients were treated by antibiotics alone. The cure rate and recurrence rate of two group were compared. Results The cure rate of treatment group （80.9%）was significantly different compared to the cure rate of control group（38.2%）（P〈0.05）~the recurrence rate of treatment group （4.4%）was significantly different compared to the cure rate of control group（12.3%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Kangfuyan and Xurfuzhuyu capsules combined with antibiotic on SPID which had a good efficacy and less recurrent haa clinical value.
