探讨膝关节韧带损伤的MRI表现及诊断价值

目的对膝关节韧带损伤的MRI表现情况以及诊断的价值进行探讨。方法将本院于2008年1月至2010年12月这段时间之内，收治的100例膝关节韧带损伤的患者作为研究的对象，详细的分析了患者在手术或者关节镜进行证实的MRI材料，对MRI的表现情况进行重点分析。结果影像上处于T1WI、T2WI、T2＊三处位置的韧带中信号增强，然而纤维束依然维持着正常解剖形态，并未出现断裂或完整性中断的情况。韧带出现断裂或完整性破坏是韧带完全性撕开断裂的直接体征表象，在影像学上通常表现为某处韧带变粗或者扭转形变。同时，在此片中无法观测到正常形态的ACL，在附着部位看到一块呈团状的阴影，T2WI处的韧带中信号呈现散在性增强。胫骨前置及胫骨后交叉韧带出现扭曲变形是韧带断裂或完整性破坏的间接体现。结论前交叉韧带的损伤在MRI方面有着一定特点，MRI则是对膝关节韧带损伤进行诊断的一种无创性检查方式，它具有十分重要的临床价值。

Explore MRI Manifestations and Diagnostic Value of Knee Ligament Damage

Objective To knee ligament damage, the MRI manifestations and diagnostic value were discussed. Methods Our hospital in January 2008-December 2010 within this period of time, 100 cases of knee ligament injury in our hospital patients as the research object, a detailed analysis of the patients in the operation or arthroscopy to confn-m material of MRI, the MRI performance of key analysis. Results The three images on T1WI, T2WI, T2 ＊ location signal enhancement in ligaments, fiber bundle is still maintained normal anatomic form, however, did not appear rupture or interruption of integrity. Ligament rupture or integrity damage is the direct sign of ligament tear completeness fracture appearances, somewhere in imaging are usually characterized by dilatation of the ligament or torsional deformation. At the same time, in the movie cannot be observed in the normal form of ACL, the site to see the shadow of a cloud shaped, signal in TEWI of ligament present in sexual enhancement. Front tibia and tibia after cruciate ligament is twisted ligament rupture or indirectly reflects integrity damage. Conclusion The anterior cruciate ligament injury has certain characteristics on MILI, and MR/is a noninvasive diagnosis to knee ligament injury check way, it has important clinical value.
