摘    要:用能量为2.39J/cm~2的He—Ne激光照射豚鼠背部随意型真皮下血管网皮瓣,对皮瓣的成活及过氧化脂质含量进行了动态观测.结果表明:He—Ne激光照射可降低皮瓣内过氧化脂质的含量,减轻皮瓣损伤程度,提高成活质量;最佳照射时间为5~7天.

Abstract:The random subdermal vascular network skin flap in guinea pigs were radiated by He-Ne laser with a energy density of 2. 39J/cm2. The survival of the flap and the elevation of its LPO were studied. The results showed that the radiations of He-Ne laser can decreased the elevation of LPO and tissue injury in the flap and the radiation also improved survived of flap. The best time of radiation were on 5-7 days.
