调脂片与洛乏他汀片调脂疗效比较

目的:比较调脂片与洛乏他汀的调脂疗效。方法:120例原发性高脂血症患者随机分为两组:调脂片组60例,口服调脂片,每次服5片,3次/d;洛乏他汀组60例,口服洛乏他汀片,每次20mg,1次/d;疗程都为4周。比较治疗前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平的变化。结果:调脂片组和洛乏他汀组调脂治疗的总有效率分别为91.7%和93.3%,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:调脂片和洛乏他汀调脂疗效均显著,两者疗效相似。

Efficacy comparison of Tiaozhi tablet and lovastatin in reducing lipid

Objective： To compare the effects of Tiaozhi tablet and Lovastatin in adjusting lipid. Methods： 120 patients of primary hyperlipoproteinemia are randomly divided into 2 groups： Tiaozhi tablet group has 60 patients who take tiaozhi tablet, 5 tablets each time, 3 times a day. Lovastatin group has 60 patients who take Lovastatin, 20mg each time, 1 time a day. The treatment of two groups lasted for 4 weeks. Serum total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） levels＇ changes are compared before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rates of treatments of Tiaozhi tablet group and Lovastatin group are 91.7% and 93.3%. The differences between the two groups are not significantly different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Tiaozhi tablet and Lovastatin are significantly different in adjusting lipid, with similar efficacy.
