关节镜下清理、置管及术后大流量短程持续灌洗治疗化脓性膝关节炎

目的 探讨关节镜下清理、置管及术后大流量短程持续灌洗治疗化脓性膝关节炎的疗效。方法 2001年2月～2005年2月采用关节镜下清理、置管及术后大流量短程持续灌洗治疗化脓性膝关节炎23例，随访6个月以上，并进行疗效评定。结果 随访6个月～2年，23例患者全部治愈无复发，评定术后疗效：优18例、良4例、差1例，平均治疗时间6．8d。结论 采用关节镜下清理、置管及术后大流量短程持续灌洗治疗化脓性膝关节炎，损伤小，恢复快，治疗时间短，术后效果好，是一种理想的手术方法。

Treatment of suppurative knee arthritis with debridement and programmed irrigation-drainage under arthroscopy and continuous postoperative shot-term lavage with a fast flow

Objective To explore the treatment of suppurative arthritis with debridement and programmed irrigation-drainage under arthroscopy and continuous postoperative shot-term larage with a fast flow. Methods Twenty-three patients with suppurative arthritis were treated in the way from February 2001 to February 2005. Result The cases were followed-up in 6~24 months. All cases were cured without relapse. Eighteen cases were excellent, four cases good and one case poor. Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combined with programmed irrigation, drainage and continuous short-term larage has a good therapeutic effect on suppurative knee arthritis treatment. It was an ideal arthroscpic surgical technique with satisfactory recovery and less cost in hospital.
