| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨在腔内心电图上表现为房室同时激动的房性心动过速(AT)的电生理特征.方法:对4例房室同时激动的AT患者的电生理资料进行分析.结果:AT并发房室结缓慢前传时,A波可与滞后的V波融合,使腔内心电图表现为房室同时激动,易误诊为典型房室结折返性心动过速.结论:AT时房室也可同时激动,规范、细致的电生理检查是避免误诊的关键所在.

| Abstract: | Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the electrophysiological characteristics of atrial tachycardia(AT),which shows simultaneous atrioventricular stimuli on endocaridal electrogram.Method:The electrophysiological data of 4 cases of atrial tachycardia with simultaneous atrioventricular stimuli were analyzed.Result:When atrial tachycardia was accompanied with slow orthodromic atrioventricular node conduction,A waves could fused with hysteretic V waves.Then simultaneous atrioventricular stimuli were taken on endocaridal electrogram.So this atrial tachycardia tended to be misdiagnosed as atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT).Conclusion:Atria can be simultaneously excited with ventricle in atrial tachycardia.Canonical and meticulous electrophysiological study is the main point to avoid misdiagnosis. |
