晚期骨转移癌患者抑郁状况调查及相关因素分析

目的 探讨影响晚期骨转移癌患者抑郁状况的相关因素，以利于制订更加合理的护理干预措施。方法 选用抑郁自评量表评价患者的情绪障碍。采用卡氏功能量表、疼痛问卷、医学应对问卷、社会支持量表及照顾者焦虑、照顾者抑郁等作为相关因素，对50例晚期骨转移癌患者进行评定。结果 晚期骨转移癌患者抑郁自评量表的评分明显高于常模；多元回归分析显示：患者抑郁与疼痛程度、屈服正相关，与卡氏行为状态评分、主观支持、支持利用负相关。结论 晚期骨转移癌患者存在明显的抑郁．并受多种因素影响．应有针对性地给予帮助和指导。

Investigation on depression in terminal cancer patients with bone matastases and analysis of related factors

Objective To explore depression status and its related factors in terminal cancer patients with bone matastases in order to work out rational nursing countermeasures. Methods Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were applied to assess mental disorders. Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS), Verbal Rating Scale (VRS), Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ), Social Support Inventory(SSI), S-AI total scores of care givers and SDS scores of care givers were administered to 50 terminal cancer patients with bone matastases to analyze related factors of depression. Results The scores of SDS of terminal cancer patients with bone matastases were significantly higher than the norm; multivariate regressor analysis suggested: SDS scores were positively correlated to degree of pain, resignation, and were negatively correlated to KPS scores, subjective support, utilization of support. Conclusion Terminal cancer patients who have obvious depression are affected by many factors. Thus, different patients should be provided with different psychological intervention measures accordingly.
