| 摘 要： | （1）目的：探讨职业紧张对工作责任事故的影响。（2）方法：采用一般工作紧张问卷对某市6种不同职业人群进行一般情况调查，紧张调查和工作责任事故调查与分析。（3）结果：发现事故组比非事故组工作危险性大、躯体抱怨多、工作前景不确定、工作满意感下降、应付策略少。影响责任事故发生的主要危险因素多数为职业紧张。（4）结论：职业紧张是工作责任事故发生的危险因素。

| Abstract: | To study the effect of occupational stress on job accidents of responsbility.Methods 6 different occupational staff were investigated by the use of generic job stress questionnaire recommended by Yu Shanfa, and job accidents were serveyed meanwhile. Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors.Results It showed that the job risk was higher, physical complaints was more in job accidents group. Job satisfaction was reduced, job future was confirmer, and coping tactics was more in non-accidents group. The main risk factors of job accidents were the thoughts of rule of manage, job satisfactory, negative feeling, and so on.Conclusion There is relationship between occupational stress and job accidents. |
