高血压病血瘀证患者血液学指标判别分析

目的：探讨高血压病血瘀证患者血液学指标中内皮素功能、血脂、纤溶系统的变化对于该证的相关性和贡献度。方法：对161例高血压病人的纤溶酶原激活物、一氧化氮、内皮素、高密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇及甘油三酯等6因素指标进行判别分析，并进行回顾性检验和前瞻性检验。结果：得出第一典则判别函数、血瘀型和非血瘀型的判别函数，并且进行了回顾性检验和前瞻性检验，两者的判断总正确率分别为86，8％和80．08％。在6因素中，高密度脂蛋白的地位尤其突出。结论：该判别函数式判别阳性结果较高，具有一定的应用价值，高密度脂蛋白在高血压病人的发生发展过程中地位比较重要。

Discriminant Analysis of Hematological Indicators for Hypertension Based Blood Stasis Syndrome

The purpose of this study is to look into the relevance and contribution of endothelin, lipoprotein, and fibrinolysis to the blood stasis syndrome (BSS) in hypertension patients. In the study, a discriminant analysis was made to see the effects of 6 selected indicators on 161 hypertension patients. A retrospective and prospective analysis was also made for the same purpose. Derived from the study are the canonical discriminant function 1 and the discriminant function of BSS and non-BSS, with an accuracy of 86.8% and 80.08% respectively for the retrospective and prospective analysis. High-density lipoprotein (HDL) is on the top of the 6 hematological indicators. It is concluded that the discriminant functions derived from the study, having a relatively high positive readout, are of possible application values. The variation of HDL is important for interpreting the development of hypertension disease.
