胆道系统结核的诊疗分析

目的 探讨胆道系统结核的诊断和治疗方法。方法 回顾本院１例结合分析国内报道的其它４例胆道系统结核患者的临床资料。结果 胆道系统结核可发生于胆道的任何部位，常导致阻黄症状的出现，全部产两镁行手术后继续抗痨治疗。结论胆道系统结核以继发于其它部位结核的可能性大，临床表现主要以胆道症状主。而结核症状常被忽视。术前、术中常误诊为胆道恶性肿瘤。术中以建立 有效的胆汁出通道为主，术后有效的抗痨治疗为本病治疗的关

Analyze the Diagnosis and Treatment of Tuberculosis of Biliary Tract System

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis of biliary tract system.Methods:Retrospect the clinical data of 1 case in our hospital,and analyze the data of the other 4 cases reported in our country.Results:The tuberculosis of biliary tract system can be found in the anywhere of the biliary tract,and the symptom of obstructive jaundice would always be brought on.All the cases were treated by operation and then with anti tuberculosis drugs Conclusion:The tuberculosis of biliary tract system is almost secondary.The biliary tract symptoms are the main clinical manifestation.The tuberculosis symptoms are always beng ignored.Pre operation diagnosis and during operation diagnosis often are malignant neoplasm in biliary tract by mistake.The operation is to built a new and an efficient passage by which the bile can be discharged.It is the key to carry out the efficient anti tuberculosis treatment after operation.
