肿瘤坏死因子受体-p55在大肠癌中的表达及其意义

目的探讨大肠癌组织中肿瘤坏死因子受体（Ｔｕｍｏｒ ｎｅｃｒｏｓｉｓ ｆａｃｔｏｒ ｒｅｃｅｐｔｏｒ－ｐ５５， ＴＮＦＲ－Ｐ５５）表达的数目与临床病 理因素及肿瘤分期间的关系。方法用免疫组织化学ＳＡＢＣ法检测９１例大肠癌组织、８１例癌旁组织及１３例正常肠粘 膜标本中 ＴＮＦＲ－ｐ５５的表达。结果大肠癌组织中 ＴＮＦＲ－ｐ５５表达比癌旁组织及正常组织显著增高，癌旁组织 ＴＮＦＲ－ｐ５５ 表达亦显著高于正常组织。在大肠癌组织中，ＴＮＦＲ－ｐ５５表达与浆膜浸润程度和淋巴结转移与否呈负相关，即肿瘤侵及 浆膜或有淋巴结转移时 ＴＮＦＲ－ｐ５５表达低。同时，Ｄｕｋｅｓ Ａ期和 Ｂ期患者 ＴＮＦＲ－ｐ５５表达显著高于 Ｄｕｋｅｓ Ｃ期。结论 检测ＴＮＦＲ－ｐ５５的表达对判断大肠癌恶性程度，预测肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移趋势及肿瘤分期有重要价值。

Expression and its significance of tumor necrosis factor receptor-p55 in human colorectal cancer

Objective To study the clinical significance of tumor necrosis factor receptor-p55 (TNFR-p55) expression and its relationship with clinicopathology and Dukes' classification of human colorectal cancer. Methods SABC immunohisto- chemical method was used to determine the expression rates of TNFR-p55 in gi specimens of colorectal cancerous tissue, 81 paracancerous mucosa and 13 normal tissue. Results The expression of TNFR-p55 in colorectal cancerous tissue was significantly higher than in the paracancerous mucosa or normal tissue, and in the paracancerous mucosa, in turn, higher level of TNFR-p55 expression was detected than in normal tissue. Negative correlation between serous membrane invasion, lymph node metastasis and the level of TNFR-p55 expression was concluded, with significant difference in the expression level found between Dukes' stage A, B and Dukes' stage C. Conclusions TNFR-p55 expression may be indicative of the degree of malignancy, invasive depth, lymph node metastasis and Dukes' classification in colorectal cancer.
