针刺开"四关"加百会穴温针灸对原发性高血压患者血浆中ET和NO的影响

目的:观察针灸疗法和西药治疗原发性高血压(EH)效应机制.将80例EH患者随机分为针灸组和对照组,每组各40例,分别采用针刺合谷、太冲加百会穴温针灸和口服卡托普利片治疗30天,前后各检测血浆内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO) 1次.结果表明治疗后两组患者血浆ET含量均有减少,前后比较无明显差异(P>0.05),组间差异亦无显著性意义(P>0.05);NO含量都有增多,但前后及组间差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);ET/NO比值下降明显,前后差异非常显著(P<0.01),但组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05).说明针刺开"四关"加百会穴温针灸治疗EH的作用机理可能与其对血管内皮细胞功能的双向调节密切相关.

Effects of acupuncture at Siguan points plus warming acupuncture-moxibustion at Baihui(GV 20) on contents of plasma ET and NO in the patient of essential hypertension

Objective To observe the mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of the patient of essential hypertension (EH). Methods Eighty cases of EH were randomly divided into the treatment group treated by acupuncture at Hegu (LI 4), Taichong (LR 3) plus warming acupuncture-moxibustion at Baihui (GV 20), and the control group treated by oral administration of captoril, fouty cases in each group. They were treated for 30 days. The plasma contents of ET and NO were determined before and after treatment. Results After the treatment, the plasma contents of ET decreased and the contents of NO increased in the two groups with no significant difference(P>0.05), and with no significant difference between the two group (P>0.05); ET/NO ratio decreased significantly(P<0.01), but with no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture at Siguan points plus warming acup-moxibustion at Baihui (GV 20) can respectively decrease and increase plasma contents of ET and NO to a certain degree, and reduce the ET/NO ratio, indicating that the mechanism of the acupuncture-moxibustion for treatment of EH is related to the two-way regulation on functions of the vascular endothelial cells.
