缬草挥发油化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的:对缬草挥发油成分进行了研究?方法:主要采用色谱-质谱法定性,为提高分析结果的可靠性,还采用色谱保留指数法进行辅助定性,并对部分样品使用了标样核对?结果:共分离出41个组分,鉴定了36个,占峰面积的94.7%?其中主要的成分为乙酸龙脑酯(bornyl acetate),莰烯(camphene),3-崖柏烯(3-thujene),β-蒎烯(β-pinene)和桧醇(sabinol)?结论:两种分析方法联合定性,使结果更可靠?

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:In this study,the essential oil components of Valeriana officinalis were analyzed.METHODS:Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and supplementally identified gas chromatograph retention index were used.RESULTS:A total of 41 components were separated. 36 of them were identified, which accounted for 94.7% of the total peak area.The main constituents are bornyl acetate,camphene,3-thujene,β-pinene and sabinol.CONCLUSION:The reliability of the analysis results has been increased by using two analysis methods.
