椎体复位器治疗胸腰椎骨折

目的　通过研制椎体复位器 ,寻找促使骨折椎体复位的新方法。方法　选择 5例胸腰椎骨折伴截瘫或不全瘫的病人 ,应用器械复位和椎体复位器复位结合的方法并行椎体内植骨治疗。结果　 5例病人骨折椎体复位均超过原有高度的 2 / 3,脊柱的生理曲线得到恢复 ,截瘫有不同程度的恢复 ,病程缩短。结论　椎体复位器复位是一种新的、理想的、辅助复位的方法 ,对严重胸腰椎骨折或延期手术的病人有良好的复位作用 ,椎体内的植骨有利于维持复位后椎体的高度 ,减少应力集中 ,促使骨折早日愈合

Treatment of Thoracolumbar Spinal Fractures with the Restorated Fixa tor of Vertebrae

Objective To seek a new method which make the restoration of the fracture's vertebrae, through researching the restorated fixator of vertebrae Methods Five patients with thoracolumbar spinal fractures acompanied paralysis or uncomplete paralysis were treated with restoration of both instrumentation and the restorated fixator of vertebrae and grafted in the fracture's vertebraes Results The height of the fracture's vertebrae reached 2/3 of the former vertebracs Spinal physiologic curve restored The paralysis had rehabilitated in different lever The course of disease was shorten Conclusion The restorated fixator of vertebrae is a new, ideal and adjuvant restorated method There is a better restorated affect for the patient with thoracolumbar spinal fracture and defered operation The grafts of inter vertebrae is beneficial to keeping the height of vertebrae behind restoration, reducing stress collection and making the fracture healing early
