| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中医辨证治疗缺血性视盘病变的临床效果。方法:运用中药辨证分型治疗98例102只眼前部缺血性视盘病变同时配合西药治疗。结果:总有效率83%(P<0.001),能提高组织对缺氧的耐受性,减轻组织水肿且副作用小。结论:中医辨证治疗前部缺血性视盘病变,能明显改善视盘缺血状态,对提高视力减轻视野损害起到积极作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy with differentiation of symptoms and signs.Methods: We analyze the clinical date of 102 eyes in 98 patients with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy and compare the before and after the treatment of vision and field of vision difference.Results:The comprehensive effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine on treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy was 83%(P<0.001).It can improve the tissue tolerance to the anoxic state,lessen tissue dropsy and has little side effect.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine on treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy with differentiation of symptoms and signs can obviously improve optic ischemic state.It has positive effective on improve vision and lessen fields of vision damage. |
