奎的平与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症对照研究的Meta分析

目的进一步认识奎的平与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应差异。方法收集在国内精神科杂志上公开发表的关于奎的平与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症对照研究的报道。共11篇，并进行Meta分析。结果两药组间比较，疗后8周的显效率、各次评定的阳性阴性症状量表(PANSS)总分及其阳性、阴性分量表分均无显著性差异，仅一般精神病理量表分在疗后1-2周差异有显著性且效应中上；与疗前比较，两组的PANSS总分及各分量表分疗后1周即均有显著性降低，且效应较大。有7种不良反应的发生率氯氮平显著高于奎的平，6种发生的比值比大于5。结论奎的平与氯氮平在8周内的疗效相当、效能特点相近，但奎的平的不良反应显著少。

Comparative study on quetiapine and clozapine in treatment of schizophrenic patients:meta analysis

Objective To study the differences in therapeutic effects and side effects between quetiapine(Que) and clozapine(Clo).Method Meta analysis was made for 11 papers published about comparative study of Que and Clo.Results No significant difference was found between two groups after 8w treatment,either PANSS overall score of each positive scale and negative scale score,the significant difference was found after 1~2w treatment only in moral metal pathology scale,and difference efficacy was over medium;Compared with post-treatment there is a significant difference in PANSS overall score and each scale score after 1w treatment,and difference efficacy was greater.Clo was much higher than Que in occurring rate of 7 side effects,their odd ratio was more than 5 among 6,Que was higher than Clo.Conclusion The therapeutic effects and characters were similar in Que and Clo within 8w,Que was fewer in side effect.
