幽门螺杆菌OipA蛋白的研究进展

幽门螺杆菌（H.pylori）是人类重要的致病菌之一,近年其致病因子与胃肠疾病的关系已成为研究的热点,新的H.pylori致病因子逐渐被发现。外膜炎性蛋白A（OipA）是H.pylori外膜蛋白之一,研究发现OipA为H.pylori致病因子之一,与H.pylori相关疾病的发展密切相关,但不同地区研究结果不尽相同。本文旨在对H.pylori的致病因子OipA蛋白及其研究进展作一综述。

Advances in the Study of Helicobacter pylori OipA Protein

Helicobacter pylori （H. pylori） is one of the important pathogens in human being. In recent years, the relationship between pathogenic factors of H. pylori and gastrointestinal diseases has become the hot spot of study. New H. pylori pathogenic factors have been discovered consecutively. Outer inflammatory protein A （OipA） protein is one of the H. pylori outer membrane proteins. Recent studies have suggested that OipA is one of the H. pylori pathogenic factors, plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of H. pylori-associated diseases. However, the results obtained from different areas did not totally coincide. This article reviewed the H. pylori pathogenic factor OipA protein and its advances in basic research.
