摘    要:现代医院管理是以人力资源为核心的管理,公立医院高效运作机制必须依靠一套适合本医院特点的组织体系和岗位设置,也就是坚持按需设岗、精简高效。本文就公立医院在专业技术岗位设置管理方面如何适应战略转型形势要求而展开讨论,并通过我院在专业技术职务评聘分离管理的具体实践,为创新公立医院人力资源管理机制提出若干建议。

Abstract:Modern hospital management was human resource based management. Hospital efficiency operation was depended on suitable management structure and post setting. Post setting should depend on hospital demand. The article discussed how to set post in public hospital in transfer period. Based on the experience of dividing evaluation from appointment of professional titles, some suggestions of hospital human resource management were presented.
