51台患者血糖仪准确性及相关影响因素研究

目的：评价患者血糖仪的准确性及相关影响因素。方法：对51例糖尿病患者测定静脉血浆血糖（VPG），同时用自己的血糖仪测定毛细血管血糖（CBG）；填写自制调查表，做相关统计分析。结果：CBG与VPG相关性良好；但仍有测定结果超误差20％范围。血糖仪误差与血糖监测频率等无明显相关性；试纸价格等对血糖仪使用频率产生一定影响。结论：血糖仪应注意定期质检；注意提高患者的自我管理意识。

Analysis about Accurate of 51 Patients' Glucose Monitor and Some Influential Factors

Objective ：To evaluate the accuracy of patients＇ glucose monitor and certain related influential factors. Methods：To take VPG examinations on 51 patients ,meanwhile ,use the respective glucose monitor to examine each patient＇s fingertip CBG; Fill out the questionnaire, and summarized statistic analysis. Results： The correlation between CBG and VPG was good. But some date reading from patients＇ glucose monitors,exceed 20% than VPG. There was no significant connection with the error of patients＇ glucose monitors. The price of test paper influenced the usage frequency of glucose monitors. Conclusion：The results of majority of patients＇ glucose monitors are accurate. However, the fact which shows the ＇errors caused by two glucose monitors exceed the permitted range of the rate of error indicates that the quality examination of glucose monitors is necessary. The result also indicates to improve patients＇ abilities of self-management in diabetes is very important.
