尼莫地平对顽固性癫痫的疗效及其抗氧化作用的研究

目的探讨尼莫地平对顽固性癫痫病人的脑保护作用。方法30例顽固性癫痫病人，在服用原抗癫痫药的基础上，用微量输液泵静脉滴入尼莫地平注射液，连用7天，然后用尼莫地平维持治疗至三个月，进行治疗前后疗效对比。并测定治疗前后血中SOD、GSH—PX、MDA的水平。结果尼莫地平配合抗癫痫药物治疗顽固性癫痫与治疗前相比效果显著，而且副作用较少。治疗后SOD、GSH-PX明显增高，MDA明显下降。结论尼莫地平对顽固性癫痫有一定脑保护作用，可作为治疗顽固性癫痫的辅助疗法之一。

Clinical Study of Nimodipine on Intractable Epilepsy Patients and the Antioxcidant Function

Objective: To study the brain protection of nimodipine in intractable epilepsy patients. Methods:Thirty patients were selected for nimodipine injection by intravenous perfusion with micro-injection pump for seven days, followed by nimodipine tablet treatment for 3 months. Effects were compared before and after treatment. And the level of SOD, MDA and GSH-PX in the patients' serum were also measured before and after treatment. Results: Nimodipine combined with anti-seizure drugs had a remarkable effect on intractable epilepsy. The levels of SOD and GSH-PX increased significantly while the levels of MDA decreased obviously after nimodipine treatment. Conclusion: It is suggested that nimodipine plays a role of brain protection in intractable epilepsy and can be used as a hypurgia for the treatment of intractable epilepsy.
