常规治疗联合阿魏酸哌嗪对糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的探讨阿魏酸哌嗪治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选择160例2型糖尿病并发。肾脏病变的患者，随机分为阿魏酸哌嗪治疗组80例、与常规治疗对照组80例。两组患者治疗前后监测血压、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、Scr、24h尿蛋白定量等，疗程10周。结果对照组患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压、24h尿蛋白定量较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．05），治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、Scr差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、收缩压、舒张压、Scr、24h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．05），且治疗后治疗组的收缩压、舒张压、Scr、24h尿蛋白定量均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论阿魏酸哌嗪可以更有效地降低血压，减少尿蛋白，降低Scr，改善胰岛素抵抗状态，从而保护肾功能，延缓了糖尿病肾病的进展。

Study on the curative effect of Piperazine Feruiate in treating diabetic nephropathy

Objective To discuss the curative effect of diabetic nephropathy treated with Piperazine Ferulate. Methods 160 cases of nephropathy combined with T2DM were divided into two groups （80 cases in Piperazine Ferulate treating group, and 80 cases in countrol group） randomly, 10 weeks as a course. The blood pressure, FPG, 2hPG, Scr, urine protein of 24h were monitored. Results After the treatment, FPG, 2hPG, the systolic pressure, the diastolic pressure, Scr, urine protein of 24h in the treating group, reduced significantly （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Piperazine Ferulate decreases the blood pressure effectively reduces the urine protein and Scr, improves insulin resistance condition, protects kidney function and delays diabetic nephropathy progress.
