我院急诊科护士职业倦怠现状调查

摘    要:目的了解我院急诊科护士的职业倦怠状况。方法采用问卷调查法,对我院64名急诊科护士及256名其他科室护士的职业倦怠状况进行调查。结果急诊科护士与其他科室护士相比,在情感耗竭、去人性化和个人成就感降低3个维度上得分较高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论急诊科护士的职业倦怠程度较为严重,需要采取多种措施改变这种状况。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the degree of nurses' job burnout in emergency department.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted on 64 nurses in emergency department and 256 nurses in other departments with the Job Burnout Inventory.Results Compared with the nurses from other departments,the nurses in emergency department showed significant higher scores in the three factors of job burnout,such as Emotional Exhaustion(EE),Depersonalization(DP) and Diminished Personal Accomplishment(DPA).Conclusion The degree of job burnout among nurses in emergency department is quite high.It is necessary to take various measures to reduce emergency department nurses' job burnout.
