| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ICU高龄患者误吸的原因及干预对策。方法以2007年1月～2008年1月入住ICU的128例高龄患者中发生误吸的18例患者为对照组;另选择132例高龄患者进行针对性护理干预为观察组。比较两组患者误吸发生率。结果高龄患者的误吸发生率与原发疾病有关,并与护理不当有密切关系;观察组患者发生误吸明显低于对照组。结论对误吸的高危患者进行针对性的护理干预措施,能有效降低误吸的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective Discuss the cause inducing mis-inhaling of eld patients in ICU and intervening measures for it.MethodsTake 18 cases of patient as control group from 128 eld ICU patients from January 2007 to January 2008 to review and analyze.And choose another 132 cases of eld patients as an observation group to make a specific nursing intervening.Compare the incidence of inhaling by mistake of the two group eld patients.ResultsThe incidence of inhaling by mistake of eld patient may closely related to nursing by mistake and primary disease.The patients of inhaling by mistake for observation group is significant lower than control group.ConclusionTo make pertinence nursing intervention for eld patients which have high risk of mis-inhaling and reduce the incidence effectively. |
