| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新型弹性开放襻前房型人工晶状体（ACIOL）植入的术后并发症，评价其疗效和安全性。方法回顾性研究ACIOL植入术43例（43眼），随访期为8月至7年。其中30例行白内障摘出联合前段玻璃体切除及Ⅰ期ACIOL植入术，13例无晶状体眼行Ⅱ期ACIOL植入术。结果34例术后最佳矫正视力≥0．3，眼压术前平均为（15．08±4．61）mmHg，末次随访时为（15．63±3．72）mmHg（P〉0．5）。术后早期并发症：高眼压12例，角膜水肿10例，前房积血10例，瞳孔变形5例，术后晚期并发症：继发青光眼1例，角膜内皮失代偿1例，无1例出现视劂膜脱离。结论新型弹性开放襻前房型人工晶状体植入术对于无囊支撑的无晶状体眼是一种较安全有效的手术方式，但需严格掌握适应症并注意手术技巧。它长期置放于前房内，对角膜内皮的影响有待进一步观察。
