| 摘 要： | 目的 研究隔山消水提物对牛牙齿的再矿化、抗酸脱矿作用.方法 利用显微硬度仪测定隔山消早期人工龋的再矿化作用.通过动力学实验观察隔山消处理人工龋后的抗酸脱矿作用.结果 隔山消组牙齿的硬度值再矿化后显著升高.再矿化前后差异有显著性(P＜0.01).而对照组牙齿的硬度值无明显改变(P＞0.01).30 mg/mL隔山消组消耗的乙酸最少,脱矿速率最慢,抗酸脱矿作用最强.结论 体外实验表明隔山消有明显的再矿化、抗酸脱矿作用,30mg/mL隔山消的防龋效果优于1 mg/mL隔山消.
