| 摘 要： | 本文采用国家标准方法对某饮用天然矿泉水厂车间进行空气细菌学检查，并对其产品的细菌总数、霉菌总数和大肠菌群进行监测。发现样品中含有大量细菌和霉菌，其中以杂色曲霉菌为主。本结果表明其产品在储存过程出现白色丝状沉淀物，主要由于包装的空瓶及瓶盖消毒不彻底，并且与水处理后灌装过程空气霉菌污染有关。

| Abstract: | In this study, the bacteriological examination of the air and the water samples in a mineral spring water factory was done with the national standard method, It was found that both the air and the water samples contained a large number oi bacteria and fungi, mainly As-pergillus versicolor. The results showed that the white
filamentous sediments in water products appeared during storage chiefly resulted from the incomplete disinfection of the containers and their caps, and the contamination during the process. |
