摘    要:本文采用正交设计法研究了氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法(HG-APS)测锗的最佳实验条件,建立了HG-APS测定保健食品中锗的方法。检出限为2.3ng/ml,相对标准偏差为3.34%,加标回收率大于97%。该法已用于保健食品中锗的测定,结果理想。

Abstract:The optimum experimental conditions were studied for the determination of germanium by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry with orthogonal design , and the results obtained were evaluated. The detection limit was 2. 3ng/ml, relative standard deviation 3. 34% (n=ll), and recovery more than 97%. The method has been applied to determine germanium in healthy foods.
