| 摘 要： | 血清样品用硫酸铵固体盐析后,过滤,滤液即为非结合钙(游离钙)溶液,采用基体匹配的方法分别测定非结合钙和总钙含量,基差值便为蛋白结合钙。该法精密度为2.6％～3.4％,回收率为95.4％～104.5％。
